A 2019 GQ profile of Juice WRLD showed Lotti as an important part of his everyday life during this period. She also appeared with him at events and spent time around his touring and recording activities.
Some online accounts give very specific stories about exactly how their first conversations began. Those details are not equally well documented, so it is safer to say that their relationship was public by 2018 and continued until Juice WRLD’s death.
Ally Lotti and Juice WRLD Before His Death
Their relationship received attention because Juice WRLD often discussed love, heartbreak and emotional struggles in his music. Fans therefore became interested in the people closest to him.

Juice WRLD died on December 8, 2019, at the age of 21 after suffering a medical emergency at Chicago Midway International Airport. The Cook County Medical Examiner later determined that he died from oxycodone and codeine toxicity.
Ally Lotti After Juice WRLD’s Death
Her Rolling Loud Tribute
Shortly after Juice WRLD’s death, Ally Lotti appeared during a tribute to him at Rolling Loud Los Angeles in December 2019.
She spoke to the crowd about his relationship with his fans and the positive message she believed he wanted people to remember. The appearance was one of her first major public moments following his death.

Ally Lotti in Juice WRLD: Into the Abyss
Lotti later appeared in the 2021 documentary Juice WRLD: Into the Abyss.
The HBO documentary was directed by Tommy Oliver and used extensive footage from Juice WRLD’s final years. HBO listed Ally Lotti among the people who knew and loved the rapper and appeared in the film.
The documentary helped preserve a visual record of Juice WRLD’s life away from the stage and showed how people close to him experienced his rapid rise to fame.
Ally Lotti Instagram and Online Presence
Social media has remained a major part of Ally Lotti’s public identity.
She built a large following during her relationship with Juice WRLD, when fans frequently followed her posts for photographs, videos and glimpses of the rapper’s personal life.
After 2019, public interest in her accounts continued. Some followers remained interested because of her connection with Juice WRLD, while others followed her own online content.
However, follower counts and usernames can change over time. Any current statistics about Ally Lotti’s Instagram or other platforms should therefore be checked directly rather than treated as permanent facts.
Ally Lotti Controversies and Public Attention
Ally Lotti has also received negative attention and criticism since Juice WRLD’s death.
In January 2023, media outlets reported that she had been arrested in Arkansas on drug possession and theft-related charges. Reports were based on information from the Crittenden County Sheriff’s Office. An arrest or charge does not by itself establish guilt, and later legal outcomes should be considered separately.
In 2024, Lotti received another wave of criticism after reports that explicit private material involving her and Juice WRLD was being offered online. The situation caused strong reactions from fans.
Because many claims surrounding these controversies have circulated through social media, individual allegations should not be treated as confirmed unless supported by reliable records or established news organizations.
Where Is Ally Lotti Now?
Ally Lotti continues to attract online attention, although her current private life is less clearly documented than her years with Juice WRLD.
She remains closely associated with the rapper in online searches, documentaries, fan discussions and older media coverage. Her appearance in Into the Abyss also means she remains part of the public record surrounding his life and career.
There is no need to speculate about her current romantic relationships, finances or private circumstances when reliable public information is unavailable.
Her lasting public recognition mainly comes from her relationship with Juice WRLD, her social media presence and the attention that followed both before and after his death.
